Alex S. Abernathy, DDS
Dr. Abernathy graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in June 1978 and has been in the practice of general dentistry for 31 years. His memberships include the American Dental Association, Mississippi Dental Association, Fourth District Dental Society, Jackson Dental Society and the Jackson Dental Study Group (past President). He is married to Martha and they have a daughter, Meredith.

Misty is a registered and licensed dental hygienist with 7 years expierence, all which are with Lakeland Dental Care. She graduated from the Univeristy of Mississippi Medical Center in 2002. She is married to Donnie and they have a daughter.
Angela Shivers, RDH
Angela is a registered and licensed dental hygienist with 9 years experience. She has worked for Lakeland Dental Care for 4 years. She graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2001. She hase one daughter, Brianna.
Hannah Acey, General Assistant
Hannah is attending Hinds Community College in the pre-nursing program. She graduated from Terry High School in 2007. She has worked at Lakeland Dental Care for 5 years.
